1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to subscribe.

2. Service

IPTV Ireland Subscription provides internet-delivered television content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Channel lineups may change due to rights fluctuations.

3. Acceptable use

• Two simultaneous device streams maximum.
• No commercial rebroadcast.
• No access via automated means (bots, scrapers).
• No reverse-engineering the apps or CDN.

4. Refunds

Per the refund policy. 14-day window from the first payment of each plan.

5. Cancellation

We do not auto-renew. You can cancel any time by stopping the manual renewal process at the end of your billing period. Account data is retained for 24 months then deleted on written request.

6. Liability

Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Jurisdiction

Disputes subject to the courts of Ireland.
