Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026. Compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Account data: email, password hash, payment-token (we never store your card).
• Service data: device-model, IP address (transient), streaming session metadata for debugging only.
• Support data: WhatsApp chat transcripts that you send to us.
• Analytics: anonymous page views via self-hosted Plausible. No third-party trackers.

Lawful basis

Article 6(1)(b) — performance of contract. Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in securing the service.

Data retention

• Account data — for the duration of your account plus 24 months.
• Session data — 7 days rolling.
• Support transcripts — 12 months.
• Financial data — 7 years (Irish tax law).

Sub-processors

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (CDN + DDoS), Hetzner (EU servers), Amazon SES (transactional email), Google Workspace (office). All operate under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection — all available. Contact dpo@iptv-ireland-subscription.com. We respond within 30 days.
