Last updated: 1 June 2026. This Refund Policy applies to all IPTV Ireland Subscription digital streaming service plans and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Overview
We want you to be genuinely happy with the service, not just locked into it. That's why every paid plan — 1-month, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month — carries a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee. If the service isn't right for you for any reason, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it.
2. The 14-day money-back guarantee
If you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of your first payment, message us on WhatsApp or email and we will refund your card or original payment method within 5 business days. You don't need to give a reason, and you don't need to have raised a support ticket first.
3. When the 14-day window starts and ends
The 14-day window starts the moment your first successful payment is recorded and runs on calendar days, including weekends. A second or renewal payment does not extend the original window; we treat every renewal as a new order with its own independent 14-day window.
4. What is eligible
- Any first-time paid subscription purchase, cancelled within 14 days of payment.
- Any renewal payment, cancelled within 14 days of that specific payment.
- Upgrades between plans, refunded pro-rata for the unused portion if requested within 14 days of the upgrade payment.
5. What is NOT eligible
- Refunds for the free trial — by definition, you didn't pay for it.
- Refunds requested after the 14-day window has closed. (You can still cancel future renewals at any time — you simply won't be charged again.)
- Refunds for accounts suspended or banned for breaching our Terms of Service (reselling, sharing credentials off-network, abuse, fraud).
- Refunds requested after the channel or VOD library has materially changed and is the sole basis of the complaint — contact support for current library figures.
- Partial refunds for "I only used it for a few days" once the 14-day window has passed — the guarantee is time-based, not usage-based.
6. How to request a refund
Two simple ways to reach us:

- Email — send a message to support@iptv-ireland-subscription.com with the subject line "Refund request" and your order reference.
We'll confirm receipt within a few hours (24/7 WhatsApp support) and process eligible refunds without further back-and-forth.
7. How long it takes
Refunds are processed on our side within 5 business days of approval. Visa/Mastercard/Maestro network reversals may take a further 7–10 business days to actually appear on your statement — that timing is controlled by your bank's payment network, not by us. Revolut and SEPA transfers are typically faster. Crypto refunds (BTC, ETH, USDT) are sent within 24 hours of approval.
8. Refund method
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used for the purchase — we do not convert a card refund into store credit unless you specifically ask us to, and we never charge a processing or admin fee for a refund.
9. Cancelling future renewals
Because we never auto-renew by default, cancelling a future payment simply means replying "no" (or nothing at all) to our renewal reminder — no refund process is needed since no charge occurs. See our full pricing page for how renewals work.
10. Chargebacks
If you believe you're entitled to a refund, please contact us first — the vast majority of requests are approved within hours. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us can delay resolution and may result in a temporary account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service or in consumer-protection law. The version in force is always the one published at /refund-policy at the time of your payment.
