Will it work on my specific model?
Yes — we support every modern iPhone / iPad model. If your device is from 2017 or later, our Xtream Codes credentials will work. If it's older (e.g. 2014-era Fire Stick), we recommend upgrading for HD-quality streams.
Can I use a VPN?
Yes, though not required. We have Irish and UK peering agreements that route traffic efficiently without VPN. Some privacy-conscious users add a VPN for general network privacy. Both ExpressVPN and NordVPN work seamlessly.
What if my broadband is slow?
10 Mbps minimum for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Modern Irish broadband hits these speeds. If your connection is slower, ask support about quality settings — IPTV Smarters has a per-channel bandwidth cap that helps on slower links.
How do I switch devices?
Install the app on the new device. Enter your Xtream Codes credentials. Up to 2 simultaneous streams; if both are in use, the first device to load the channel wins.
Can I share with my household?
Yes — up to 2 simultaneous devices, shareable within your household. We don't enforce strict household detection, but the spirit is household-only. We will revoke commercial redistribution accounts.
What about children's controls?
Every IPTV Smarters installation has a parental-control PIN. We recommend setting one if children are in the household. The PIN is 4-digit numeric, can be reset by the account holder.
